Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Andrei Bredikhin (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the PACE Running Club application (“PACE”, the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use PACE.
2Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3Health and safety disclaimer
PACE is a fitness-tracking and coaching tool, not a medical device or medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program. Distance, pace, heart rate, and other metrics are estimates and may be inaccurate. You use the App and undertake any physical activity at your own risk.
4User content
You retain ownership of content you create (routes, photos, voice cheers, posts, comments). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and provide the App. You are responsible for content you post and must have the rights to it.
5Objectionable content & abuse — zero tolerance
There is no tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content or behavior on PACE. You agree not to post such content or engage in such behavior. We provide tools to report objectionable content or abusive users and to block users from within the App. We review reports and act on violations — which may include removing content and suspending or terminating accounts — and we aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
6Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: violate any law; infringe others’ rights; upload malware; scrape or reverse-engineer the App; interfere with its operation or security; impersonate others; or use the App to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
7Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or to protect users or the service. You may stop using PACE and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
8Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App or any physical activity.
9Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified in the App.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
